Olives SA Strategic Plan (full copy)
Olives South Australia Inc. and the SA Government foresee growth in specific areas of the SA Olive Industry with most potential for cost efficient producers who market Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) on domestic and export markets.
This Strategic Plan has been developed jointly by Industry and the Department of Primary Industries and Resources SA (PIRSA) and identifies the actions that need to be taken to secure a profitable future. This Plan will provide the directions for the future operational plans of Olives South Australia Inc (OSA) for whole-of-industry benefit.
Whilst this plan is aimed at actions to be taken primarily by olive industry organisations, there is a strong underlying message that individual industry participants need accept the commercial reality of an increasingly global market place.
